“Where Rainforest Meets the Reef”

Tropical North Queensland has something for everyone, from the Great Barrier Reef to the tropical rainforest.

Cairns is on the north east coast of Queensland, approximately 1700km north of Brisbane. It is surrounded by a variety of fresh produce which is used by the Cairns Convention Centre for catering.

November 2016 will be the end of Spring. The weather will be hot and humid with temperatures ranging between  22°C-30°C.

The Cairns airport is located approximately 10 minutes from the city. Cairns has a domestic and international terminal with direct flights from Auckland, Bali, Guam, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Manila, Osaka, Port Moresby, Shanghai, Singapore and Tokyo. There are also direct flights from all Australian capital cities, approximately two hours from Brisbane and three hours from Sydney. The Sun Palm Transport Group offer transport services from the airport to your accommodation.
